Sunday tee times
Saturday August 28, 2021 @ 3:31 pmBy Josh Worisek
Hello again!!
Here are the tee times and stating holes for Sunday. You will keep the same pairings for all 27 holes. If you have any questions, send me an email or call the golf shop tomorrow.
One more piece of bad news..... The range will NOT be open for warming up before your round on Sunday. I apologize but it is absolutely soaked. Please don't let that ruin your day! You are all such athletes that there is no need to warm up!!
Thanks again everyone!!

Saturday Club Championship Cancelled
Friday August 27, 2021 @ 8:52 pmBy Josh Worisek
Hello Boys!
Saturday's round is going to be canceled. For the first time in Northern Hills existence, we are planning on a ONE DAY, 27 HOLE Men's Club Championship. That's the plan as of right now. I would be starting groups on both #1 and #10. If everything is good to go with the golf course for Sunday, we will be letting carts out with some extreme caution. If the course is not able to handle carts, I would cancel for this weekend and consult with the board about an alternative Sunday. This also would be a ONE DAY, 27 HOLE EVENT. I will make a decision for this Sunday mid-day tomorrow.
I will be sending another email with your tee times and starting hole attached later today or early tomorrow. It may take me a while to set it all up.
Thanks for the patience!!!
Mike

The Calcutta Auction will be Friday night at Northern 19 with a happy hour starting at 5:30 and the auction at 6:30. Appetizers and a drink ticket will be provided for the auction. Please bring cash or check for making auction payments.
The Calcutta Will be Sunday July 25th at 9am. Please show up early if you bought teams in the auction or are looking to buy back your team and bring cash or check. When you register be sure to let the Pro Shop know who your partner is. If you don't have a partner they can match you up with someone else.
Please keep in mind that the top 3 spots in each division will be decided by a playoff if there are ties. Please stick around if you think you are in the money. Playoffs will begin 15 minutes after the last group in your division comes in. Any teams not present and ready at that time will be eliminated.
July Update
Monday July 12, 2021 @ 2:43 amBy Josh Worisek
Our event for July is the Calcutta with a 9am shotgun on Sunday July 25th. Deadline to register is Thursday night July 22nd. This is the only event where you can pick your own partner to play with. When you register be sure to let the Pro Shop know who your partner is. If you don't have a partner they can match you up with someone else. The Calcutta Auction will be on Friday July 23rd at Northern 19 with a happy hour starting at 5:30 and the auction starting at 6:30. Appetizers and a drink ticket will be provided for the auction. Please bring cash or check for making auction payments. Unless you bought your own team during the auction, you have until the event starts on Sunday to buy back up to half your team.
Matchplay has started. Each round of matchplay will need to be completed by the end of its month (you can always complete the next round sooner if both players are ready). We are currently having issues with delayed messages to certain email addresses so please contact the Pro Shop to get contact information for your opponent. Brackets will be posted on the website tonight and updated every week or two.
As mentioned earlier, we have had issues with messages getting delayed to certain email accounts (charter looks to be the biggest one). There doesn't appear to be an easy solution to this problem but we are looking into some options.
